SKI+ v2 App Security and Privacy Statement

Welcome to the "SKI+ v2 App" (hereinafter referred to as the "App")！

To help you understand how this App protects the security of your various services when using the App, and how it collects, processes, uses, and protects the personal information you provide, please read the following explanations carefully:

1. Scope of Application

This Privacy and Information Security Policy applies only to the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data involved when you use the App services, and does not apply to activities you engage in after opening links to other apps or external URLs through the App.

2. Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data

Article 1: The user's email address is only used for sending verification codes, registration, and account verification functions, and will not be used for other purposes.

Article 2: For simple browsing and file downloading behaviors in this App, except for the server logs described in Articles 3 and 4 below, this App will not collect any personal identity information.

Article 3: The backend service of this App will record, including but not limited to, the user's IP address, online time, and the API URLs used in the APP. These data are only used for specific purposes such as information security, regular maintenance, and audit management, and are used by the App management unit for content and system improvement evaluation and total analysis of traffic and network behavior investigation to improve the service quality of this App. Individual users will not be analyzed.

Article 4: When you participate in related services of this App, the data you provide will be handled in accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Law" of the Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, and will not be used for purposes beyond the collection purposes. However, if there is a legal basis under Article 16 of the Personal Information Protection Law, it may be used for purposes other than the collection purposes.

Article 5: Within the scope permitted by the "Personal Data Protection Law," we may provide relevant information to judicial or other authorized authorities based on their statutory powers, as required by law, in response to written requests.

3. Information Security Policy and Data Protection

Any unauthorized attempt to tamper with the various services of this App is prohibited and may constitute a violation of the law. In order to ensure the security of this App and protect your personal information, and to ensure the normal operation of the backend services, the App management unit provides the following security protection measures:

Article 1: Use network intrusion detection systems to monitor network traffic to prevent unauthorized attempts to upload or modify App information, or intentional destruction.

Article 2: Install firewalls for backend services to prevent illegal intrusion, damage, or theft of data, and prevent servers from being used illegally.

Article 3: Backend services use relevant systems or software to ensure the security of network information and provide users with a secure App usage environment.

Article 4: Establish information security incident monitoring, reporting, and response mechanisms to prevent incidents and restore operations in the shortest possible time to minimize damage.

Article 5: Regularly update appropriate operating system patches.
